His background includes founding a successful retail venture, leading major client accounts, and guiding teams through complex delivery environments. He is particularly focused on helping leaders improve clarity, personal effectiveness, and sustainable performance.
His qualifications include Professional Diplomas in Advanced Management Performance, High Performance Sales & Business Development and Business & Executive Coaching from UCD Smurfit, leading to an MSc in Business (Leadership & Management Practice). As a firm believer in continuous improvement, and lifelong education, Eoghan’s coaching skills are not just confined to business, he is also quite an accomplished GAA coach.
When not on adventures with his wife, Claire and their two girls, Eoghan enjoys fitness, sports (particularly GAA), skiing, and riding his motorcycle.
